Are your children just starting out on their tennis adventure and need a structured but fun environment to help them grow? Well, at Topspin Tennis, we have tennis competitions running every week for players of all ages and skill levels in Newcastle. This is a new four-week match play program for Red and Orange Ball players who are of a suitable standard to teach them how to play mini-matches.
Dates: Weeks 5 to 8 of each term
Time: 4:30pm – 5:30pm
Cost: $50 for 4 weeks; or $15 per week casual
Players enter individually and move up and down divisions each week according to their results. Suitable for Green and Yellow Ball players who are capable of serving and rallying (8 years to 17 years old).
Dates: Throughout each term
Time: 5:30pm – 7:30pm

This competition involves two players per team competing in singles and doubles. Suitable for Green and Yellow Ball players (8 years – 17 years old).
Dates: Saturday afternoons throughout term
Time: 12pm – 2pm for lower divisions / 2pm – 4pm for higher divisions

Unisex doubles midweek competitions are run for all adults, from beginners to advanced players.
Times: 6pm (Monday), 6:30pm (Wednesday) and 7pm (Thursday)
Format: Play 3 sets of doubles – first to 6 games, tiebreak at 5-all.
Cost: $15 per week
For experienced players who would like more than a social hit. Suitable for intermediate to advanced players.
Time: 6:30pm (Tuesday)
Format: Play 2 sets of singles and 2 sets of doubles.
Cost: $20 per week
A midweek ladies only competition for more experienced players. Suitable for intermediate to advanced players.
Time: 10am (Wednesday)
Format: Play 4 sets of doubles.

If you’re looking for commitment-free Singles match play, then Sunday Social is the perfect competition for you! Suitable for intermediate to advanced players. Book in by 1pm on the day to join.
Time: 3pm – 5pm (Sunday)
Format: 3 sets of Singles or Singles and Doubles against similar standard players
